ELEVATING WEB DESIGN & MARKETING FOR REAL ESTATE,
GAMING, AND BEYOND
My name is Nickolas Kossup, and I have been passionate about art and design for as long as I can remember. As a multi-media professional with over 16 years of experience, I specialize in web design, branding, marketing, and print, bringing both creative vision and technical expertise to every project.
I have a deep passion for designing websites and marketing materials for real estate, having developed websites and branding systems for some of the biggest names in the industry, including the number five realtor in America. My ability to create visually striking and highly functional digital experiences has helped real estate professionals elevate their brands and engage with their audiences effectively.
For over 6 years, I have also focused on video game marketing. I am currently the Design Manager at ZAM Agency, the design and marketing wing of Tencent Games, where I lead internal and external design teams to craft high-quality digital experiences. In this role, I oversee the design process, collaborate with clients, and ensure the complete success of every delivery.
Beyond gaming and real estate, I have extensive experience designing marketing materials and packaging for the beauty and pharmaceutical industries, successfully bringing brands to life through impactful visual storytelling.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and dogs, as well as writing, recording, and performing music.
